What are ususal and customary hourly executor fees in the state of texas. The estate is valued at approximately $250K

There are no hourly executor fees in Texas. If the will says reasonable fees to the executor, the Texas statutes cap that at 5% (and its a difficult calculation to include the various items that are subject to or not subject to the 5%)
