Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Vehicle Titles

My father is quite elderly and in poor health. In looking at their vehicle title it is only in his name. Should we add my mothers name on this title, as well, so she can sell later should she decide to do so? She does have power of attorney.

If she has powers of attorney she could put the title in her name alone. A title with both names require both signatures.
