can I use a widower will
I am a widower living with my fiance and I have 2 adult children. I want my son to get my inheritance and he will pay a portion of it to my daughter and fiance after he gets it, The payments to my daughter will be dolled out by him once she is 40 years old in an amt no larger than the interest earned and remaining amt will be paid to her child after her death. My fiance will receive amt based on how long we are together. I would like help determining which type will to purchase. I'm thinking a widower with adult children will work and I will just add in the terms of how the beneficiaries are to be compensated and my son will be the one responsible for paying those beneficiaries in the manner laid out in the will.

You would want a will with a testamentary trust. Do not do this yourself, have an estate planning attorney do this for you. They are very easy to mess up.
