Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My wife and I are completing estate planning and Wills. My wife recently inherited some property from a family member. Is this property considered joint community property to be included in our estate planning or must be dealt separately?

Inherited property is typically separate property, not community property.

Typically inherited property is separate property. In Estate planning, all property should be considered.
