Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

my wife recently passed away her house is in her name with two children.i am still paying the mortgage on it once i finish paying how do i get it in my name the mortgage is not in my name anywhere that i know of i can not find the contract there is no will

you have a problem...the children must agree to put in your name..and probate will be required..so see a local lawyer asap to get it straight..the children have a right to probably half...and you have to prove what you have paid..etc..but you have the righ to live there unitl you die..
