Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My wife and I have signed a Warranty Deed that will give our three children our home when we die. After our death, do our children have to submit this Warranty Deed to probate? This Deed has been recorded in a Texas Courthouse.

I would have to read the deed. If it's a warranty deed, then you don't own the house, it's your children's house.
