Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

will- answer if probate can find in courthouse

re probate, i doubt it would have been. my mother in law was 96 and in a care facility for some time and was a person who would have had specific plans for her wishes on death. Is it possible to read the will? She died nov 06 in NJ and was cremated and taken to travis texas for burial in may.
