Can a will be broke?

My sister in law has her home will to my husband then me if he not alive My husband died Jan1 2008 She told me to keep the will that it be mine at her death. There a niece that very greedy can she break the will? My Sister in law 81 but in sound mind Thank You B Jones

The simple answer is -- probably not.

Without reviewing the Will there is no way to speak to its validity, but, assuming it was drawn up by an attorney, made while your sister-in-law was of sound mind, and was properly executed, it should stand. The problem is there is nothing to stop the niece from contesting it, anyway.
