In the state of Texas, how long can a suit against the probate of a will be held up by lawyers and the courts?

The probating of a contested will may be held up for a long time, depending upon the diligence or ingeniousness of counsel, the local rules of court, and the actual court in which the suit is located.

Personally I have had some bad experiences with unresponsive opposing counsel. Responses should be timely and, if not, you can complain to the State Bar of Texas.
