Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Can a Will be contested? My father passed away at my sister\'s residance in Dallas, Tx. She my not have probated the will. I have a Will that my father signed while living with me. His estate was to be divided 50% each. My sister has keep all of his $190,000 estate.

Yes, a will can be contested, but there has to be good reason. If your sister is stealing estate assets, then you need to get a lawyer NOW. Time isn't on your side.
