Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Will
my dad signed the will for his kids with notary signed . then in a few years later he just wrote a piece of paper that the will will go to his wife. is it any good since no notary signed ?

If the will is totally in his hand writing and disposes of all of his property, then it might hold up. Difficult to say for sure without seeing it. Good Luck.
