Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
I have a will with me to be the executor and I found out later a will was made up with my grandmothers friend as the executor. she lives in dallas I live in florida. she is 99 years old and cant see or hear well

Assuming the wills are from the same person, the will that is most recent is the one that governs and should be probated upon the death of the testator. If the person designated as executor cannot serve, and an alternate is not named in the will, the court will have to appoint someone else.
