Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Will
My father recently died,he had a will,i have not seen. My stepmother is in the early stages of alzheimers. My question is when should the will be read? Also,i have a step-brother who is taking things off the property,does he have the right to remove things before the will is read.

Where is the will? Do you have an original copy? As a person interested in the estate, you can file for administration. If your step-brother is taking things you can file a temporary restraining order to stop him and make him return what he took. If you don't know how to do these things, you should hire a lawyer if this issue is important to you.
