I am in my father's will. He recently passed away. His current wife is the executrix. How can I go about getting a copy of the will? The executrix would not voluntarily provide one and will likely wait as long as legally possible to probate the will.

You can petition the probate to make the person who has possession of the will produce it in court. Also, if you are a beneficiary, you can apply for probate once you have possession of the will, or once it's produced.
