IF I will a House on acreage to my child that has a lien on it does the lien stay with the property or will my spouse have to settle

The answer depends on how you word the will. If you leave it to him subject to the lien, then the lien goes with the property. If you will it to him free and clear, then estate assets will first be used to satisfy the lien (to the extent that there are such assets). Your child would then get the property free and clear. Don't do your own will.
