Will Information

How do I find the attorney of a person who had a known will? I know I was mentioned in the will. I was not allowed by family members to be present at the reading of the will at age 18.

In Indiana, there is no "reading of the will" meetng like you see on television. Go to the county clerk's records for the county in which the person died, and you should be able to find the attorney's name, as well as a copy of the will
