Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Will leaving assets to deceased persons

My parents left most of their assets to each other and my sister, but all of them are deceased. My sister had one adult child. Do most of their assets go to him, or how are their estates divided now with me being their next of kin and only surviving child?

Re: Will leaving assets to deceased persons

Depends on what the will says. Sometimes your deceased sister's share would go to her surviving child. Better get a lawyer to look at the will and get it probated.
