No will legal daughter

my father passed away and both of our names are on a piece of property that i want to sell. what can i do? Also my brother is named with my father on the other piece of property that i have been paying for the last 3 years alone. We have been unable to find my brother for over a year and i cant contniue to pay all the taxes alone. The land will be sold if we cant producce the back taxes payment.

Your brother is somewhere. You'll have to find him. With the internet nowadays, it's very rare that a person cannot be found. Since you have been paying the taxes on the property, you might be able to sell the property to recoup your payments, but you will have to obtain a title to the property first. You should hire a lawyer to help you unless you know how to do all this. Good Luck.
