will and living trust

MY aunt died in Argentina and she left me her business and her house in Houston, tx . to her sisters her house in Argentina. Since I was the trustee appointed by the court I had to sell it and divide the money between her sisters. I gave her account in TX her will and he transfered to me but I never transfer the house on my name. What I need to do?

Re: will and living trust

Prepare a Trustee's Deed and transfer the property to you.

The estate is the grantor and you are the grantee. Sign the deed as trustee for the estate.
