Mother appointed middle sister as legal power of attorney. Mother died. Mother had will and appointed oldest sister as excutrix.Who has power to sell home, close bank accounts, etc.?

The power of attorney died with the power granter. As such, the oldest sister would have the power to process the estate once the will is probated, and a judge grants letters testamentary.
