Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

my mother passed five years ago left a will leaving me the house and her money. everything was to be split between all the children. i have not probated the will and my brother has been leaving at the house. i want him out, he refused to leave said the house is his because i never probated the will. we had agreed he can live there as long as he pays insurance and taxes. he pays insurance, taxes have not been paid all these years. what can i do now?

Pay the taxes NOW before everyone loses the house altogether. Contact an attorney to do an heirship proceeding that will force the sale of the house if bro fails to cooperate.
