Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Will
My mother is terminally ill and has written a handwriiten will leaving me everything as I am an only child. If it is witnessed and notorized is it as legal as a will drwn up by an attorney?
Thanks
Chuck

Re: Will
It could be, so long as it's completely in her handwriting. You'd still be better off if you could get a will drafted by an attorney, since your mother may well overlook some key provisions.
