will parent's property

I am married and have 3 children(all minors) what will happend to my estate if something happend to me or wife or both without a will?

Do we need a Will?

In many cases, having a will is better than not having a will. At least it's there when you need it. You should sit down with a lawyer and ask this question. At the very least, you can provide for whomever will have your children rather than requiring some or certain family members to make that difficult decision for you when your gone.
