If you already have a will prepared and you need to do an amenment to it, do you 1) need to go through a lawyer to make necessary changes or can you get the forms to start anew and if you start anew preparing forms yourself do you have to have them witnessed and notorized without going thorugh a lawyer?

Re: Will

Forms are available all over the place and if you're sure you know how to fill them out right, you don't need a lawyer. The bad part about is you will never know if you made a mistake. A lot of forms are so general, that you have to know what to include and what to exclude. Well, that's what I know how to do. Good Luck.
