Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

When a will goes to probate court and all the necessary paperwork has been filed and signed, when do beneficiaries get notified? I read where proof of notice to certain beneficiaries under Texas Probate Code 128A, as required by law was signed and dated but to this day no beneficiaries have been notified. Can you please help me?

128A requires notice to beneficiaries named in the will not more. If someone was named as teh primary beneficiary and that person has to die before the next set get anything, the next set will not get notified. To my knowledge only Denton County Texas has a rule that requres notification to all persons who would take as if the person died without a will.
