?Will probate

My husband never probated the will- his wife died 9 yrs. Ago- is there anything we can do ??

Typically a will must be probated within four years after the date of death. There is a way around this, if the person offering the will for probate can show good cause why s/he is not in default (recently discovered will, etc.) There are likely other options available, depending on your objectives.
