Can I have a will probated?
My parents passed away and left my sister as executor of the will, can I probate the will as a beneficiary without her consent or is she the only one who can do this.

As a beneficiary, you can petition the court to appoint you as executrix or executor if you think you would be a better person to serve or if there are compelling reasons your sister should not serve as executrix.

You can probate the will and force production of the will.
