Will restrictions

In a simple will, can the executor and beneficiary be the same person? If not, can a husband be the executor, and the wife, the beneficiary (or visa versa)?

The answer to your question is: Yes. FYI - our firm charges $250 for a his and hers simple will package that includes Power of Attorneys and Medical Directives; or $150 for an individual simple will package.
