Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Does the will you are selling meet all the requirements for the state of Texas so there will be no surprises? I want to know if this is legal in Texas or do I need to go to a lawyer here in town and have one drawn up. I don't want any hassles for my children when I'm gone.
Thank you.

A properly drafted will is important to ensure that your estate is disbursed as you intended.
While you have the right to draft your own legal documents; it is always advisable to seek the assistance of a lawyer in handling these types of legal matters.
I am an Austin Divorce Lawyer so the best I can do is refer you to local counsel (if you can't find a lawyer on your own).
Good Luck!
