Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
In my will, I split my estate between two children. One of them is now deceased. When I die, how is this handled. Does all go to ther survivor child, or so children of the deceased receive a share. I am in the State of TExas

Since you have a Will it the answer depends on the exact language of your Will.
Whenever a major change event occurs (ex. a person named in the will predeceases you) it is a good idea to review the will with an attorney and (if needed) redraft a Will to insure that everything is as you want it.
