Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

If you have a will that states that it can't be changed without the consent of your spouse, and then the spouse passes away, can you create a new will. All the community property that was owned at the time of death has already been divided among the children and other properties have been sold. All properties owned now have been acquired after the death. Can a new will be made?
