last will & testament
My husband & I bought a home in 1999, financed. He passed away in 2003 leaving everything to me in his will. What do I have to do, if anything to refinance the home in only my name?

Did you probate the will? If so, then the house should already be in your name. If not, you will need to do some procedures. The procedures depend on the status of his estate. Did he have any children?

Check with your title company to see if probate is necessary. They can handle all of the paperwork for the closing and will let you know if you need to contact an attorney.
