Last Will

Can my Wife and I make our own Last Will and it be legal and not fear that it will not stand up ?

yes...some write in longhand..sign and date..and some use forms...but many fail to comply with details to make it easy to probate...if you have few assets, no worry but if many..your wishes may not be kept..call if we can help or call a local lawyer for advice/prices
