Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
I have been willed and educational trust fund but the lawyer in charge of the trust will not send me the money I'm entitled to as a full time student.
What can I do if I don't think he is being honest with me?

To begin you could have another attorney review the terms of the trust which may be contained in the will.
Another option is to send the lawyer a certified letter asking him to explain why you are not being paid for whatever items you think you should be paid. Use detailed descriptions of the items you need such as textbooks for XYZ course etc.
Trustees have special duties to beneficiaries.
