Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Will/Real Estate

My Fathers will left real estate to 4 children. The widow is currently living in marital home. Prior to marriage my father owned 6 acres and the marital home. During marriage purchased additional 6 acres. Widow purchased the additional land with separate account. Is the additional land that was purchased during marriage considered the real estate listed in the will? Can she sell the additional real estate without the 4 childrens signatures?

Re: Will/Real Estate

I would have to read the will to answer question #1. For question #2, maybe no, but it would depend on how the will was worded. As far as properties acquired by widow after marriage, it depends on tracing source of widow's funds...community or separate funds?
