I am an adopted child now grown, can my parent delete me from her will. She has only two children both of which are adopted.

Being adopted has nothing to do with it. The person making the Will has the absolute right to decide what she wants to do with her estate. She gets to decide who she wants to leave something to and who she does not want to leave anything to.
