my mother died aug 27 2002,my sister was the executor and said my mom had left everything to her my other sister.have not seen the will or my brother.should i have gotten a copy,after all we all 4 split her retirement.

The will is a public record and can be viewed in the office of the probate clerk in the county of your mother's residence.
