Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Grandson was to recieve money at 16 for car and 18 for college and 25 for no reason. Grandson was in jail from 13 to 24 years of age .He recieved 1st payment.Uncle decided he not to give him 2nd payment cause he wasn't going to college at this time and maybe not 3rd, He turns 25 in 6 months . Does uncle have the right to do this ?

Depends upon the terms of the trust. If there are no "good behaviour" reasons, he could probably get it. You need to sue the trustee.

Probably not, but it all depends upon the language setting up the trust. Grandson may have to sue the uncle/trustee.
