Wills
Is a will witnessed by 2 people made with Quicken software leaving all to the living spouse ok.
We have only house not paid off, car and about 20000 dollars.

You'll want to be sure that your will meets Texas statute requirements, otherwise, administration will be more expensive since there is no self-proving affidavit. Alternatively, you may want to consider a survivorship deed that will require no probate.

The simple answer is -- Who knows! Without actually reviewing the document there is no way to tell if it meets statutory requirements. Many attorneys, including myself, will prepare simple Wills at very reasonable prices.
Please be very careful using any of the software out there. Some of it is OK and some of it isn't. I'm amazed at the number of people who hire someone to do their taxes but seem to think they can write their own Will or do their own divorce.
