Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

wills/trusts

Our son is not in our living trust. If something happens to us at the same time, or even separately, how possible is it for him to come into our house and help himself to our things? He is a loser, a 3-time felon, a liar and a thief. We do not want him in our house ever.
