Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

a woman dies who has three daughters. two of the daughters start to divide the estate property, excluding the third daughter who does not get along with the other two. what steps should the third daughter take to prevent this from happening. it is unknown whether there is a will.

Third daughter should hire an attorney to help her intervene if there is ongoing proceeding or open a proceeding if there is not one.
