Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Writ
We were sued for ownership of our home by elderly mother-in-law, we won our appellate case, reversed and rendered. Our appellate attorney said that now we need a writ but, that wasn't her field. We cannot enter our home until we have this. What is it, who must write and to whom is it sent, then what?

Re: Writ
Go to your local Justice of the Peace office. They will have the instructions and forms for the eviction.
