Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

My boryfriend was working at Burger king, and when he felt dizzy, he told the manager and he went to the office to sit down. He fainted, fell, hit his head, and threw up all over himself. His father found him on the florr out when he went to pick him up. The doctors said all his tests came good, but at the end said maybe he is paradoxical hypogycemic.

If Burger King said they have no workers comp, and they do not offer Insurance. Can he do anything to get his medical bills paid?

Your boyfriend may have a non-subscriber personal injury claim. He needs to speak with a personal injury lawyer. He needs to get copies of all his medical records/bills and bring them to a lawyer.
