Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas
my boss makes us work 96 hours every 2 weeks but for tree years she has always paid regular time she says she could make us work as much time as she wants and not pay overtime

all work more than 40 hours is time and a half..and you would be due that for past ..but there is a two year statute of limitations...if your "boss" is a small employer, do they have the money to pay a judgment???Do you have pay records for the past two years??
