Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

busted my knee cap in Austin!

can I sue?

do I have that right?

the attys took responsiblity

and I have work comp on

my knee cap! what does this mean??

can I sue anyone?

but I have to prove that

the place was unsafe???

I m going to court now for extent of injury to my PCL!

any tips before I go on this???

on here not an atty!

do you have an attorney, if so, listen to that attorney...but if the employer has work comp you cannot sue theemployer or co employee but if a third party caused your injury you may sue them but the work comp insurer gets it's money back before you get anything..
