Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas
Clocked out, on pubic street running to van pool
An employee was off the clock and on a public street between facility buildings. He was running for the van pool vehicle when another employee that was also off the clock accidently hit him. Would this be a workers comp case or personal insurence case.

It sounds like work comp...where was van pool vehicle taking employees? the parking lot?
