Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

compensation

I have a job injury from 1/23/2009.I filed a claim on feb.02/2009. I was terminated from my job on april 2nd. ot for my injury. The commission said that does not matter. since the time i filed my claim, I have not received any monetary compensation. Can not find a Lawyer to help me what does being fired have to do with my injury?

Re: compensation

The termination doesn't have anything to do with whether or not we could get a recovery for you on your work comp claim. I would be happy to review your case for you. See www.rogersbookerlewis.com
