Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

I would like to know if there is any way to file ether a civil or class action suit aganst the insurance company that is rep. the company that i work for. the insurance company has not only denied my claim but others that got injured on the same job that i was injured on. i have not been able to work for over a month and have not recived any comp.

Texas law does permit direct action against the insurer. There are both potential common law claims and claims under the Texas Insurance Code. I suggest you consult an attorney to see if your claim has merit.
