Some Disability Is a Settlement Posible?

MY Dr. has told me i do have a degree of disability. i have had arthoscopic surgery on my knee & surgery on my arm for chronic tennis elbow, all due to the fall. He told me if they can find me a sit down job, he's let me go back, if not i need to get in touch with rehab commission. i want to know will i be able to get a settlement out of this?

I need more information. What was your date of injury? Have you been given an impairment rating?
