Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas
I have an employee that was struck on the head from a stool she placed on top of a filing cabinet. MRI shows intra-cranial contents negative. The Doctor is saying she has cognitive disorder. This has been going on since 10/29/09 what can I do?

You need to report the accident to the workers compensation insurance company for your business. People can still have closed head/brain injuries despite negative findings on diagnostic films.
If you do not have workers compensation insurance, contact me and I will recommend a law firm to protect the interests of your business and provide you counsel on how to best address your employee's injuries. My number is 214-800-3454.
I did not defense work for 10 years with a focus on defending employers with work injury claims.
Sincerely,
